Hey everyone - My travels have brought me to Portland Oregon for the week, and not some remote, desolate shithole. I've been informed that Rogue has a brewpub not far from my hotel and that I need to stop by. I wanted to pass along an invite to any Opponauts / Beerlopnikians in the Portland area.
I just showed up, look for a bald dude in a blue polo.

Do yourself a favor and visit the Cascade Barrel House, well that is if you enjoy fantastic sours that are on the slightly more expensive side of the spectrum.
Also the Deschutes brew pub is a fantastic place to go. and if you want to have a great happy hour it is all about the Portland City Grill on the 30th floor of a building downtown, I just can't remember which one.
Either way enjoy! If you ever find yourself in Chico and want to grab a beer at Sierra Nevada just Hollar.

I was just there on Sunday and will say that Rogue was excellent. Hair of the Dog is also recommended but unfortunately we were unable to stop in as they were closed. Enjoy responsibly.

I really like their stouts. Henry's is also very good for beer selection and is on I think 12th and Burnside, not far from rogue. I would be more inclined to Friday or Saturday but couldn't guarantee that that would work for me to meet up either.
